Check-In Policy : Guests must present their credit card on check-in for pre-authorisation the total amount for the stay and an additional EURO 50.00 per night will be authorised on their card. If no credit card is available then the clients own debit card must be presented for full prepayment of the stay and no credit facility will be available for the room. Cash payments are not accepted. Please note that the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival once the cancellation period has expired. Car Parking: The Absolute Hotel offers limited complimentary car parking facilities which is based on a first come first served basis. It is located on the right hand side before the main entrance of the hotel. A buzzer system is in place to gain access to the car park. Should our own car park be fully booked our guests can use Barrington s multi-storey car park located just across the road from the Absolute Hotel payment must be processed at Barrington s car park ticket machine. Group bookings: Bookings over 5 rooms are subject to our group terms and conditions. A group agreement will be issued at the time of booking and must be signed and returned back to the hotel in order for a group to be considered confirmed. Christmas Dinner: Please note that on Christmas day the restaurant offers only our Christmas Gala Dinner at 99 per person. The Christmas Gala Dinner must be pre booked directly with the Events team (via email on: events absolutehotel.com). We recommend early booking to avoid disappointment. In the bar area we will be serving our reduced a la carte menu from 5pm - 8pm. Residents in a hotel may be sold and supplied with intoxicating liquor at any time. The bar will close completely 8pm. A selection of sandwiches will be available thereafter via room service.
