We are located in the famous Bruntsfield Links area of Edinburgh within close walking distance to city centre tourist attractions such as Edinburgh Castle. br / br / br / br / Renovated when we first moved here in 1999 the house is decorated with bright harmonious colours which has drawn much admiration from our guests as it compliments its airy spacious interior. br / br / br / br / Many original features have been restored to something of their former glory e.g. the stunning stained glass panel of our entrance door and sanded original floorboards. Cornices wooden shutters and much of the original flooring have all been rejuvenated giving a fascinating glimpse into the skilled craftsmanship of the period. br / br / br / br / Cluaran House has been the location of 4 film shoots and 1 international fashion shoot. (There is a link to 1 of the films on our website). br / br / br / br / Cluaran House is a family run Visit Scotland 4 and AA 4 Guest House aiming to give our guests a welcoming home from home experience. All our bedrooms are ensuite except the single which has its own private bathroom adjacent. Cluaran House has always been completely non smoking. br / br / br / br / We have free Wi Fi.
