Plas Isa provides un-spoilt magnificent views of Criccieth Castle and beyond across Cardigan Bay to Harlech & Barmouth. br / br / br / br / Proprietor and Chef Anna Bischoff inherited her culinary skills from her German father Horst Bischoff who himself was a master chef. She served her apprenticeship under her father and worked in several restaurants in the area and run the Poachers restaurant in Criccieth which is now owned by her brother Martin and his wife Jill. br / br / br / br / Co-Proprietor and Anna s partner is Ian Edwards. br / br / br / br / Ian is an ex-international footballer who represented Wales on four occasions during his career. br / br / He also played for West Bromwich Crystal Palace Chester and Wrexham. He has been a Hotelier in Criccieth for over 30 years .
