Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to a bright spacious open-plan living room kitchen & dining area (50 msq). The hallway leads to one en-suite king-size bedroom with a further kingsize bedroom & bathroom. All bedrooms have luxury linen towels & a hairdryer fitted wardrobes provide ample hanging & storage with full-length mirrors. br / br / br / br / The welcoming sitting room features 2 sofas & an armchair along with a smart TV with DVD & Sky channels a Bose DAB radio CD player with an ipod docking station. There are also some books & games for younger children. A welcome pack will be available upon your arrival including tea coffee milk biscuits breakfast cereals & a bottle of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped ready to make some fresh coffee or a family meal. br / br / br / br / The utility & cleaning costs are included in the rate. There is free on street parking & wifi throughout the apartment. We will also be available by phone & most of the time in person to assist with requests. Access is from 3pm & check out at 11.00am however if you would like access earlier we will try to accommodate. br / br / br / br / Please note that upon arrival guests must provide the credit card used to book. This card will be pre-authorized for £250 to use against any incidental charges such as damages. Photo ID which matches the name on the card must also be provided. If a guest does not have the card an alternative payment must be provided & the original card shall be refunded. The property reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the credit/debit card provided in case of any damage guest misconduct and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the apartment and facilities. The property is located in a residential area & cannot accommodate any Stag or Hen parties.
